Beşamel sos, orjinal ismi ile Bechamel sauce; tereyağ, un ve süt eklenerek yapılan bir sosdur. Fransız mutfağına ait bu beyaz yemek sosu daha çok makarnalarda kullanılmaktadır.
Malzemeler
- 2.5 Su bardağı süt
- 2 Yemek kaşığı un
- 1 Dolu yemek kaşığı tereyağı
- Muskat veya karabiber
- 1 Çay kaşığı Tuz
