- 1 su bardağı tuzsuz antep fıstığı

Tencereye 1 Litre sütü ve toz şekeri ilave ederek kısık ateşte kaynamaya bırakalım. hafif ılımaya başlayan sütten bir bardak kadar alarak içine unu ekleyerek hızlıca çırpalım.
