- 2 Yemek kaşığı biber salçası
- 1,5 Yemek kaşığı pul biber
- Yarım çay bardağı isot
- Yarım çay bardağı toz kırmızı biber
- 3 Adet rendelenmiş sarımsak
- 1 Çay bardağı sıvı yağ yada zeytinyağı
- Yarım çay bardağı nar ekşisi
- 2 Yemek kaşığı sumak
- 1,5 Çay kaşığı kimyon
- 1 Çay kaşığı karabiber
- 2 Adet orta boy kuru soğan (rendelenip suyu sıkılacak)
- 1 Tatlı kaşığı tuz
- Çiğ köfteyi yoğururken soğuk su veya rendelenmiş 1 adet küçük domates
- veya son olarak buz ekleyip yoğurabilirsiniz
