- 400 Gram kuşbaşı kuzu eti
- 3 Su bardağı baldo pirinç
- 2 Baş sarımsak
- 4,5 su bardağısıcak su (tercihe göre et suyu kullanılabilir)
- 1 Tatlı kaşığı tuz
- 1 Çay kaşığı karabiber

Yarım su bardağı sıvı yağ ile tereyağını pilav tenceresinde eritelim. Piyazlık doğradığınız soğanları ekleyip ve hafif pembeleşinceye kadar kavuralım. Kuşbaşı etleri tencereye ekleyip ve suyunu çekene kadar kavuralım.

2 baş sarımsağı pilavın ortasına koyup hafifçe bastırın ve kapağını kapatın. 5 dakika harlı ateşte, 10 dakika kısık ateşte pilavımızı pişirerek sonra servis edelim.
